How to interpret this source
Procurement ineligibility is not an asset freeze. Finite ordinary debarments are date-scoped; ongoing and conditional-release sanctions require current authority review. Reprimands remain historical context and are excluded from debarment matching. The downloadable CSV and datastore are different editions, so this connector uses the datastore only.
