Service scope
SanctionsKit is operated by Sanctions Kit, LLC. These service terms describe product scope and customer responsibilities. Specific subscription and commercial arrangements are presented when you select a plan or enter a separate agreement.
SanctionsKit supports comparison of submitted subjects against selected available source records. Results identify potential matches and evidence for review. They do not provide legal advice, complete legal clearance, ownership analysis, PEP coverage, adverse-media screening, or transaction monitoring.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must have authority to submit data, select the coverage appropriate to their activity, protect credentials, review uncertain results, and comply with applicable law and source-use restrictions. Do not use the service to harass individuals, publish unsupported allegations, evade access controls, or resell source material without the necessary permission.
A no-match result is limited to the selected qualified source versions and matching policy. Source errors, omissions, timing differences, and identity uncertainty remain possible. Customers must consult original references and obtain appropriate professional advice for decisions that require it.
Subscriptions, usage, and retention
Plans and allowances are displayed on the pricing page and maintained in one configuration. A Checkout redirect does not establish an active subscription.
Usage counts completed subjects, including individual screens, completed batch rows, and monitoring rescreens. Sandbox work is separate. Idempotent retries and failed rows do not count again. There are no automatic overages; a plan or configured subject cap prevents additional completed work until allowance is available.
Evidence is retained under the organization’s selected policy. Expired or deleted inputs may make historical replay impossible. Exported evidence is the customer’s responsibility once downloaded. Monitoring requires continued retention of the subject while enabled.
Availability and contact
Source availability and refresh information are shown in the coverage directory. The service rejects unavailable required coverage rather than silently removing it. A screening result applies to its selected sources and versions. No government affiliation, regulatory approval, guaranteed uptime, or universal completeness is promised.
Contact support@sanctionskit.com for account and service questions. Ask about billing arrangements or a proposed use of the service before submitting information or starting a subscription.
