When are automatic evidence summaries available?
Availability follows review permissions and retained screening evidence across customer workspaces for both standard and minimal retention. Minimal-retention summaries expire with the screening evidence after 24 hours. Expired evidence cannot be summarized.
What does a no-match summary explain?
It explains that no potential matches were returned under the selected coverage and matching rules at screening time. It preserves recorded coverage warnings and does not turn a no-match result into legal clearance.
Does the summary decide whether a sanctions match is a false positive?
No. The summary highlights recorded evidence with source citations. It does not determine identity, clear a subject, approve a customer, or decide whether activity is permitted. A human reviewer compares every candidate and records the identity and business decisions.
What does the missing-fact checklist show?
It is a separate checklist built from retained candidate evidence. It suggests useful missing country information, birth-date precision, or typed identifiers when those facts can help distinguish or corroborate candidates. Missing information remains unknown; the checklist cannot clear a subject.
What happens when the evidence changes?
The summary is composed from the currently available retained evidence each time it is shown. Summary availability follows access permissions and evidence retention.
