A record your team can return to
Organize customers, vendors, employees, and other counterparties with relationship types, your own references, and tags. Update verified identity details as new information becomes available.
Customer and vendor sanctions screening
Save customer and vendor records once, then screen, investigate, and monitor from the same workspace. Keep identity details, internal references, and retained review history connected as the relationship develops.

What this helps your team do
Organize customers, vendors, employees, and other counterparties with relationship types, your own references, and tags. Update verified identity details as new information becomes available.
Screen a saved counterparty against selected sources, open its retained history and linked investigations, and create a monitor for relationships that need ongoing checks.
Carry forward an approved different-identity and allow decision only for unchanged evidence and subject details. Independent second approval and an expiry date keep reuse bounded.
A practical use case
The supplier record connects the new check to earlier evidence. Your team can reuse a qualifying decision or investigate what changed without treating an old review as permanent clearance.
Create a vendor record with the supplier’s legal name, verified identifiers, and your internal reference. Select the sources relevant to the relationship.
Open the linked investigation for any potential match. Record the identity and business decisions, and request independent second approval before enabling eligible reuse.
Review retained history, add ongoing monitoring when needed, and revisit a decision if identity details or supporting evidence change or its reuse period expires.

Yes. Save customer, vendor, employee, or other relationship types with their identity details, your own reference, and tags. Each record can connect to screenings, investigations, and a monitor. Select coverage appropriate to that relationship; a name check does not replace your other due diligence.
Only a different-identity and allow decision for a linked counterparty can be reused, after independent second approval. Subject details, source evidence, coverage, and matching policy must remain unchanged, and both the approved reuse period and supporting evidence must remain unexpired. The original potential match remains available for review.
Changed identity details invalidate earlier reusable decisions and pause active linked monitors so they cannot silently keep screening the old identity. Retained earlier results continue to describe the identity submitted at the time; they are not rewritten as new screenings of the edited record.
