Independent service and no affiliation

SanctionsKit, LLC is an independent business. SanctionsKit is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or an agent of data source websites, their operators or publishers, government agencies, regulators, or other organizations whose information appears in the service.

Links, source names, references, and attribution identify where information originated. They do not imply a partnership, endorsement, certification, regulatory approval, or approval of our interpretation. Access to a public website does not itself grant permission for every use of its contents.

Copyright, trademarks, and source licences

Copyright in our original website content, design, and software belongs to SanctionsKit, LLC or its licensors. All rights are reserved except for rights expressly granted by the applicable agreement, licence, or law. Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification.

Source materials retain their own copyright, database rights, attribution requirements, and licences, including public-domain status where applicable. Our copyright notice does not claim ownership of public-domain facts or override an open licence. Source-specific notices accompany the dataset directory and relevant records. Follow those notices when copying, exporting, or redistributing source material.

For example, the Camera dei deputati adaptation is available under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 with the attribution and change notices stated for that dataset. A source licence does not grant rights to private customer data, other independently licensed sources, or third-party trademarks, and does not displace privacy obligations.

Source information and screening limitations

Source-derived records may be incomplete, out of date, disputed, or about someone with a similar name. A record can describe a historical event, public office, allegation, warning, or restriction with a limited scope. Appearance in a directory or a potential match does not by itself establish wrongdoing, a current sanction, or the identity of the person being screened.

Review the original source, dates, limitations, and identifying details before relying on a result. Matching results and AI-assisted summaries support human review; they are not legal advice, a finding of liability, or legal clearance. Corrections and rights concerns

To report an attribution issue, inaccurate record, privacy concern, or suspected infringement, contact support@sanctionskit.com. Include the page URL, source or record identifier, the issue, and enough information to explain your authority or interest. Do not include unnecessary identity documents, screening files, or credentials in ordinary email.

We will review the information and the applicable rights. We can assess our own processing and presentation; the original publisher controls its own website and records. You may also need to contact that publisher about an error in the underlying record. A correction or removal request does not require you to be a customer.
