What this helps your team do
See the current status of cases created in the selected period, including open, overdue, unassigned, and pending second-review cases. Check current portfolio-wide monitoring health and unread events.
Choose a date range for screening counts, outcomes, review decisions, reviewer activity, and source usage. Current case status applies to cases created in that period; monitoring health covers the current portfolio.
Download a screening register CSV, an operations report JSON, or a retained case audit packet as PDF or JSON. Review upcoming evidence expiry before records are removed.
A practical use case
The report shows period activity, the current state of cases created in that period, and current monitoring health. Individual case packets explain the retained evidence behind a selected review.
Select the UTC date range and inspect completed screenings, retained outcomes, recorded decisions, and source usage.
Open the review queue or monitoring inbox to address unassigned cases, overdue investigations, failed monitors, and evidence nearing expiry.
Download a screening register for your internal process or a PDF or JSON case packet containing the available evidence and review history.

Reports show screening and review activity, current case workload, monitoring health, source usage, reviewer activity, and evidence nearing expiry. Screening and case counts use the selected creation dates; case status and monitoring totals describe current state. Recorded review duration is not analyst working time.
Yes. Download a screening register as CSV, an operations report as JSON, and individual case audit packets as PDF or JSON. Case packets include available screening evidence, review decisions, comments, and supporting text attachments. Exports support your recordkeeping process; they do not certify compliance or create a tamper-proof archive.
No. Expired or deliberately unretained inputs are omitted, and missing outcomes are not treated as no-match results. Authorized administrators can apply a time-limited hold to eligible standard-retention evidence while it is still available. A hold cannot restore evidence that has already expired.
