What is included in sanctions screening reports?
Reports show screening and review activity, current case workload, monitoring health, source usage, reviewer activity, and evidence nearing expiry. Screening and case counts use the selected creation dates; case status and monitoring totals describe current state. Recorded review duration is not analyst working time.
Can we export a sanctions screening audit trail?
Yes. Download a screening register as CSV, an operations report as JSON, and individual case audit packets as PDF or JSON. Case packets include available screening evidence, review decisions, comments, and supporting text attachments. Exports support your recordkeeping process; they do not certify compliance or create a tamper-proof archive.
Do reports recover expired screening evidence?
No. Expired or deliberately unretained inputs are omitted, and missing outcomes are not treated as no-match results. Authorized administrators can apply a time-limited hold to eligible standard-retention evidence while it is still available. A hold cannot restore evidence that has already expired.
