Create one workspace for your team
Sign up, name your organization and confirm its timezone. Choose Screen in the dashboard or Connect the API to see the relevant next action. Both workflows remain available. If you followed a pricing card, your selected plan is remembered; account creation does not purchase it.
Accept an organization invitation to join that existing workspace. Its allowance and trial dates are shared across members and keys. Signing in again, changing your workflow or inviting a teammate does not restart an evaluation.
Practice in the permanent synthetic sandbox
The free sandbox uses invented records and includes 100 completed screenings per UTC calendar month, 5 monitors, 2 sandbox API keys, 3 members and 100 MiB of file storage. It has no trial countdown and does not consume a paid production allowance. Use synthetic inputs to test your integration.
For an API integration, follow the quickstart. Keep credentials on your server, copy a newly created secret once, and run a real request from your application or terminal. Copying an example or creating a key does not mean an API request succeeded.
Start a bounded real-data evaluation when ready
Where evaluation access is available, a verified owner or administrator can start one 14-day trial for the organization without entering a card. The workspace confirms eligibility and source availability before starting. The trial includes 500 completed screenings in total and up to 10 monitored subjects, 3 members, 2 production keys and 100 MiB of file storage. It does not renew each calendar month.
The API, dashboard, completed batch rows and monitoring rescreens share the same 500-subject allowance. Idempotent retries and failed attempts do not count again. Review monitoring forecasts before enabling recurring checks. A lower organization subject cap may reduce the available allowance.
Trial access does not activate sources or grant access to unavailable packages. Review current coverage, freshness, applicable source notices and your organization’s retention settings before submitting real information. The dashboard shows the exact expiry and remaining allowance.
Complete a useful evaluation
The getting-started checklist follows saved activity rather than clicks: complete a screening, inspect its evidence, record a human review where needed, test an API request, and bring in teammates or monitoring when relevant. A no-match is limited to the selected coverage and matching rules; it is not legal clearance.
Use the same organization for your technical evaluator, compliance reviewer and purchasing contact. Billing-only access is intended for purchasing work without access to screening subjects or review evidence. Choose a plan or continue in sandbox
Choose a plan from your workspace when ready. Review the monthly price, shared screening allowance, monitor capacity and team limits before confirming checkout. Payment begins only after an explicit subscription purchase. Returning from checkout is not proof of payment; wait for the workspace to confirm activation.
New production screening stops at the trial deadline or allowance limit, and recurring monitoring cannot continue to create new work. At expiry, unfinished trial batch rows stop and their unused reservations are released; already completed rows remain available. Available evidence and review work remain subject to your retention policy, and the synthetic sandbox remains available. Upgrading keeps your workspace and existing production keys; it does not automatically replay a monitoring backlog.
If procurement or integration needs more time, contact support before expiry. An extension is discretionary, recorded and does not silently reset screening credits. Do not send API secrets or subject details in the request.
