When are automatic AI evidence summaries available?
Availability depends on approved provider configuration, review permissions, and eligible retained evidence. The configured service applies across customer workspaces, but minimal-retention and expired screenings are not eligible. If the service is unavailable or a result is ineligible, continue reviewing the original evidence.
Does AI decide whether a sanctions match is a false positive?
No. The summary highlights recorded evidence with source citations. It does not determine identity, clear a subject, approve a customer, or decide whether activity is permitted. A human reviewer compares every candidate and records the identity and business decisions.
Is the missing-fact checklist also generated by AI?
No. It is a separate deterministic checklist built from retained candidate evidence and does not need an AI provider. It suggests useful missing country information, birth-date precision, or typed identifiers when those facts can help distinguish or corroborate candidates. Missing information remains unknown; the checklist cannot clear a subject.
What happens when the evidence changes?
A cached summary is tied to the retained evidence it describes. Changed evidence invalidates that summary, and a new eligible brief must be prepared. Summary availability also follows access permissions and evidence retention.
