How to interpret this source

Read the underlying denial order for the applicable restrictions, dates and exceptions. The downloaded file can contain expired orders, so inclusion in that file alone does not establish a current denial. SanctionsKit preserves historical orders and uses the published date intervals to exclude expired and future orders from current screening.
